Yip Miami: Aventura Mall Opening & Brand Expansion

Yip Miami grew from a dumpling shop into a recognizable South Florida fast-casual brand. We developed the logo and visual identity, defined the brand’s positioning and translated that system across menus, digital screens, product visuals and the design of its retail spaces.

A central milestone was the opening at Aventura Mall. We created a consistent customer experience for the new location while supporting additional openings in Doral, Pembroke Pines and Wynwood. Each space carried the same approachable identity across storefront design, menu boards, packaging and the expanding boba tea line.

The work extended into social media content and digital positioning, giving the brand a visual language that could move naturally between physical locations and online channels. Food photography, product communication and launch content helped make each opening part of a larger growth story.

During 2020 and 2021, we also helped develop a frozen dim sum line for home delivery. Customers could receive a complete kit with dumplings, bamboo steaming baskets and a clear preparation guide, allowing them to recreate the Yip experience at home at a moment when restaurant habits were rapidly changing.
